WFN Once Again Awarded ISO Certification
Already ISO qualified since 2013, World Freight Network has now achieved the most recent ISO 9001:2015 certification. ISO has recently celebrated its 75 year anniversary and continues to be the benchmark for companies' dedication to professional standards.
The independent assessment and subsequent certification of WFN demonstrates our commitment to customer service, quality in delivery, and our resolve to be super efficient and continue to operate as a leader in the field.
ISO details their approach as follows: "ISO standards are internationally agreed by experts - thhink of them as a formula that describes the best way of doing something. It could be about making a product, managing a process, delivering a service or supplying materials – standards cover a huge range of activities. Standards are the distilled wisdom of people with expertise in their subject matter and who know the needs of the organizations they represent.
With over 1.1 million certificates issued worldwide, ISO 9001 helps organizations demonstrate to customers that they can offer products and services of consistently good quality. It also acts as a tool to streamline their processes and make them more efficient at what they do."
World Freight Network has now earned the right to display the coveted British Assessment Bureau ISO 9001:2015 certification mark to demonstrate its conformance to the standard. ISO is an internationally recognised standard and requires organisations to demonstrate that they do what they say they do, and that they have a quality management system in place to ensure consistency and improvement; leading to high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Certified organisations are committed to continuous improvement and are assessed annually to ensure progress is being maintained.
World Freight Network has shown that it has good service reliability and process controls, which means lower costs for its customers.
