Sigmai Trade & Logistics Handle Construction Project

Sigmai Trade & Logistics, WFN members in Israel, have shared a successful project handling shipment of OOG Cranes from Israel to India.

Orit Semel, Vice President of Simgai Israel said, "I would like to share with fellow partners interesting project cargo shipment that SIGMAI ISRAEL handled lately.

Export of DEMAG Mobile Cranes
Each crane weight = 60 ton
+ 7 containers of accessories

This is part of ongoing project of export of cranes from Israel to India, for construction project.

SIGMAI's  handling included:
Inland delivery of OOG cranes
Loading and lashing of accessorial equipment
Custom clearance
Port handling including lifting of units and lashing on container liner vessel as BB
Survey and inspection
Ocean Freight Coordination on liner vessel as BB units

** Since BB was loaded on liner container vessel, special coordination was required, such as:
Coordination with pier to accept the cargo at nominated point and specific loading plan of platform was agreed with carrier vessel planner.
A very tight schedule and coordination between all operating teams was required in order to meet dedicated vessel sailing, and the operation was done smoothly to client's full satisfaction.
