Please note, the WFN Meeting Fee is non-refundable, although you can change the name of your delegate at any stage. The £499 Meeting Fee includes:
 
  • Welcome Reception (Sun 27 April): Canapes and free-flowing drinks
  • Gala Dinner (Mon 28 April): Entertainment, dinner and free-flowing drinks
  • Excursion/Dinner (Tue 29 April): Excursion, dinner cruise, entertainment & free-flowing drinks
  • Monday/Tuesday (28-29): Meeting Room Hire & Audiovisual Equipment Hire
  • Meeting Materials & Administration
  • Meeting Refreshment Breaks
  • Official Group Photograph

 

We are more than happy to add this amount to your Membership Renewal Invoice, to save you having to pay two sets of bank fees.  Debbie will automatically add it to all new invoices, please let her know upon receipt if you would prefer it to be removed.
 
If you would like to bring your spouse or partner with you, they can join us for all three evenings of entertainment for £229.  Please note that Business Partners attending One-to-One Meetings, will need to pay the full rate of £499.
