Members can be found via an interactive map, a printable map, every type of list - excel, online, drop down company or country searches...you name it, WFN has it to ensure that no time is lost in quoting for your customer.
 
Member Profile Page
Once a suitable company is found within the systems, you can learn as much information as the relevant company is willing to share; each WFN Member can manage their unique Company Profile Page, which contains all contact details, a list of services, company profile presentations and photographs.
 
Email Systems
Secure, dedicated email addresses allowing Members to send a single email to a specific email address, which is then automatically distributed to all Members. This provides an excellent tool for Members to promote their new services, a great shipment they have just been involved with, the opening of new offices, changes in local procedures, introducing new staff - anything that will raise the profile of their company within the network.
 
To ensure fast communication within the network, WFN also has dedicated email addresses to assist in directing quote requests to specific countries. All Members in the required country can be reached with ease. The advantage of this system is that you will get competitive rates from several overseas offices, allowing you to select the most well-matched and compatible company to work with for each individual shipment. Payment Protection
As soon as business begins to be exchanged, the Online Payment Monitoring System has been designed to ensure smooth cash flow between Members and to prevent late payments. Healthy financials within the network are imperative. WFN Head Office is immediately alerted to any late payments and can intervene. Grand payment protection insurance schemes are just not needed in WFN - they have the adverse affect of failing to breed a sense of trust. With 99% and 100% payment records from year to year (currently 99-100% in 2016), WFN Members elected not to choose to enrol in a scheme when it was offered to them.
 
 
Member Rate Request Systems
As well as a Rate Request Form, which can be sent to specific countries or companies, WFN also has a Rates System which manages the entire rate request process. This pioneering online system manages all communication when requesting rates from fellow WFN Members. Requests are fully qualified, saving time in chasing further details in order to be able to quote. Automated reminders are sent by the system, ensuring that a quick reply is obtained. All correspondence is held in one place for easy reference. If staff are away, correspondence and current status of each rate request can be determined. This online systems allow WFN Members to obtain rates from their overseas offices in a fast, efficient manner.
 
WFN Business Exchange System
This is an excellent way to view the volumes of business exchanged within the Network. The system monitors which companies are giving and receiving shipments and each entry is qualified by both parties to ensure it is entirely representative.
 
Quality Control
To maintain standards, a Quality Control Survey is completed on an annual basis, to give WFN Head Office an insight into the quality of all Members. Providing Excellent, Average and Poor ratings, weaker performing Members can be highlighted and if necessary, expelled. Such a window into all activity within the network is advantageous for the longevity of WFN. Members are also encouraged to report any misdemeanours to WFN Head Office as soon as they arise. Whatever the dispute, the earlier the intervention, the sooner the resolution. Member disputes are exceptionally rare, meaning that dealings are very harmonious, hence the renewal rate being at 97% per annum.
