World Freight Network Ltd (WFN) was established in 2004 and has successfully linked together 226 independent freight forwarders in 98 countries worldwide (Registered in the UK: # 05275110).

 

 

 

Every year new freight networks spring up, often started by a forwarder who observes the achievements of the world's leading networks and believes that it is easy to replicate that success. However, their motivation is often financial and not surprisingly, a year or two passes and these networks are nowhere to be seen. The fact that they disappear doesn't deter others from trying; the endless cycle or recycling continues - and freight forwarders are bombarded by invitations on a weekly basis.

 

Firstly, WFN has an 9 year proven track record of generating sustainable new business revenue for Members. Not only does WFN membership bring Members new business, but we also provide them with the ability to promote themselves to their customers as an independent company with a difference as they are connected to a strong network of overseas agents in more than 100 countries. This provides our Members (and more importantly their customers) with the confidence that they have access to dedicated, expert partners to finish the job they start, as professionally and competently as if they had their own office in the destination country.

 

WFN has a proactive management team with strong leadership. During 2011, 100% of all WFN payments were honoured and 99% in 2012. With over 220 companies in the network - this statistic is exceptional and certainly not achievable outside the safety of WFN.
